GD Armour (1864 – 1949) starts with his childhood and going to art school through his travels to Morocco, Spain, Tangier, Austria-Hungary, America, Salonkia and more. His adventures in hunting, racing, polo, at the Spanish Riding School, bull fight, buying horses at Tattersalls, fox hounds, war horses and so much.

Interesting reading of a different era.
Illustrated with 4 color plates and 127 quite lovely B&W drawings. Hard cover book in good condition for its age, binding strong, copyright 1937, 384 pages
