The chapter “A gift to the World” covers history of the Arab, breeders and importers of signifigance and others who were instrumental in the procurment, breeding, protection and promotion of the breed. There is also an interesting chapter ” Look to Lasma for Leadership” ,( keeping in mind this book was copyrighted in 1986) . “Arabians are Different” explains theories how the Arab evolved through environment and breeding to the horse we have today. There is also a chapter on the business aspect of the horse business which is outdated but interesting.
Informative and interesting read. Illustrated with color and black and white photos, some of which include Bask, Lamolin, La Duquesa, Queen Annes Lace . Soft cover in very good condition, 194 pages.
