IMPORTED FOUNDATION STOCK OF NORTH AMERICAN ARABIAN HORSES
by CAROL WOODBRIDGE MULDER
Vol. 2 Reg. numbers 111 to 326
SIGNED
During Carol Mulders long career, writing and researching Arabians, she had accumulated a large amount of scarce and important history, letters, magazines and rare photos of early Arabian horses imported into the U.S. These horses became the foundation stock of the American Arabian horse. She then published this information and photos in 2 vols. in 1969 and 1972. After their publication she uncovered a great deal of new material, letters, never seen before photos and much more history. Much of the new information came from Lady Annes Blunts stud books and records that were in the possession of Lady Anne Lytton, Lady Wentworths daughter, granddaughter of Lady Anne Blunt. So Carol revised and updated the first 2 volumes and then added a 3rd volume.
This book is the revised Vol. 2 and covers Arabians #111 to 326. Information on each horse may vary but usually includes: Vital Information-age, sex, color, year foaled, importer, sire, dam, get, history, rare photos, description, breeding results plus photos and 5 generation pedigree.
