Carl Raswan was a scholar of Arabian horse bloodlines and author of numerous books on Arabian horses and the Bedouin people who breed them in their native land. The Raswan Indexes were his last work, finished just 3 weeks before he died, they are an extensive compilation of Arabian horse pedigree and strain information. The original Indexes were published between 1957 and 1967 in Mexico and was composed of seven vols. This edition is complete in three volumes.

This collectable 3 volume set is a limited, number edition published and copyrighted in 1969 by Mrs. Raswan.  All three books are in very good condition, there is some underlining and a few handwritten notations . All books have matching numbers, each book includes a separate folded sheet which is usually missing from these sets, although one is clearly a copy. Hard cover, illustred with B&W photos
